Overall the facility has a lot to offer, decent equipment, fairly well maintained and kept quite clean. That's about where the positives end..don't expect a single staff member to be friendly or say hello at the customer service desk. Most are too busy sitting with their feet up on desks, playing games on the computers, chatting with their backs to the scanners or better yet the older ladies there during the day that just stare at you with scowls on their faces. Have a grievance? Good luck! Nothing but lame excuses from the gym staff - if you can find one at the desk to talk to. It's like the customer doesn't matter here at all and service is non existent.
paid full price for admission and was only able to use a small part of the pool. they neglected to tell me there was a class going on for an hour and a half and then would not refund me. also, no waves as shown in pictures. i would reccomend southland liesure centre or acadia pool instead
Public skating set up is horrible. Public skating from 12:30 - 2:30. At capacity at 1:00. Won't let anyone in after 1:00 even though people are leaving and ice is empty. Where is the common sense?
Took my son to the pool yesterday and 40 minutes after we got there the shut the pool down due to a contamination event and we had to leave. They gave us a free pass and we came back today and were able to play in the water for 3 hours. The slide is great for kids because it empties into a Shute instead of a deep pool which makes it easier for kids who may not be super strong swimmers. The pool water is a good temperature so youre not cold. Good sized hot tub with wheel chair access. Loads of life guards on duty. Good place for kids!
Do not buy a Trico Home!! They cut so many corners in structural and important building principles! They cut these corners and put a fancy tap in the kitchen instead.. I have no drip edge and a terrible roof installation "To not install a drip edge as a roofing company is to basically do the cheapest and worst installation possible. I would be worried about how else they cheeped out building your home as its incredibly cheep to install drip edge" Guns N Hoses Roofing. The drip edge would have only cost $600 when doing the roof, also the flashing does not even come flush to the roof, this now has untreated wood exposed to the elements because of a pethetic installation. Trico will not fix it and they have seen the pictures below... I ask you if they should be proud of the level of quality shown in this picture... this home was built in 2013. DO NOT BUY TRICO, THEY CUT THE CORNERS ON THE THINGS THAT MATTER
